At the Chopra Center & Spa, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our guests. Please see our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Please call us at 888.424.6772 x1648  to book all appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. Currently, we do not accept appointments online and we are unable to book, change or cancel appointments online.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover), cash,  American Express Travelers Cheques and Chopra Center & Spa gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks.

GRATUITY
Industry standard for gratuity is 15%―20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. You may leave cash or credit card tips when you pay for your service.

PUNCTUALITY
We respectfully request that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to give you time to relax and prepare your mind and body.

LATE APPOINTMENT ARRIVALS
Your appointment at the Chopra Center & Spa is scheduled with an ayurvedic therapist and is reserved especially for you. If you are late for your appointment, you may choose to reschedule;, however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our guests and staff, guests are asked to provide 24 hours notification of cancellation; failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Gift certificates are not refundable, however the gift certificate value may be exchanged for products, services or workshops.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Let us help you pamper that special person. Gift certificates for any product, service, or workshop may be purchased by phone or at our front desk.

CELL PHONES
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off when you enter the spa.
