July 3–9, 2011 | The Fairmont Chateau, Whistler, BC, Canada
“The most direct and consistent way that I know to bring peace into every aspect of your life is through the regular practice of meditation.” ~ David Simon
Join Deepak Chopra, davidji, and the Chopra Center staff for a life-changing journey of meditation, celebration, and inner transformation this July at Seduction of Spirit.
The Chopra Center is coming to Whistler, British Columbia, with Seduction of Spirit. This is the last Chopra Center event that will be offered in Canada until 2013. Beth has also just created a new album in collaboration with the Chopra Center called Sacred Chants, which will be released at Seduction of Spirit. She will be performing the sacred chants at a special evening concert at the event.
Her groundbreaking “Sand & Water,” was written and recorded following the death of her husband from cancer in 1994. Deeper Still, released following Beth's successful treatment for breast cancer, was voted "Album of the Year" by BBC2's Terry Wogan. Beth also released Hymns, a collection of ancient Latin hymns; and If Love Could Say God’s Name, a DVD recorded at St. Paul's Cathedral in London with the London Oriana Choir. Beth’s music has also been featured on the TV shows ER, Dawson's Creek, Providence, and Felicity – and in movie soundtracks, including The Prince of Egypt,“Message in a Bottle, The Rookie, Where the Heart Is, and Practical Magic.
