Known throughout the world as the Dog Whisperer, Cesar Millan is one of the most sought-after specialists working in the field of dog rehabilitation. He is the co-creator and star of the hit TV show Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan,”airing on National Geographic Channel in the U.S. and in more than 100 countries. He is president of the Cesar Millan Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping animal shelters and rescue groups. Cesar Millan has also co-authored three New York Times bestsellers: Cesar’s Way, Be the Pack Leader, and A Member of the Family. His most recent book is Cesar’s Rules: Your Way to Train a Well-Behaved Dog. As a popular speaker and presenter, Cesar travels throughout the world inspiring large audiences with his philosophy for living in balance and achieving authentic success.
Dr. Daniel Vicario
Dr. Vicario grew up in Argentina, where he attended the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine. After graduating with honors in 1983, he returned to his native California and trained as Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Pharmacology at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Vicario completed his Residency and Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Irvine, followed by a three-year fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of California, San Diego. He was then appointed Assistant Professor of Medicine, where he focused on clinical research, as well as ways to improve the quality of life for patients with cancer.
In 1994 Dr. Vicario went into private practice at the San Diego Cancer Center in North County, where he is a senior partner, Medical Director and Director of the Integrative Medicine Program. He has also continued his work at UCSD as a voluntary professor of medicine, teaching medical students, residents, and other physicians.
Dr. Vicario is co-founder and president of the San Diego Cancer Research Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the care and quality of life of cancer patients. He has served the San Diego community in a wide variety of non-profit health care related functions and has been recipient of several honors and awards .
Dr. Vicario has also spent the last 30 years studying and training in various integrative mind-body healing traditions, including ayurveda. He and his wife have been married for 25 years, and they enjoy spending time with their four children and traveling.
Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar
Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar is a classically trained Ayurvedic physician from India born of a traditional Vedic family. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and completed a three-year residency as an M.D. (Doctorate in Ayurvedic Internal Medicine) with a Gold Medal from the prestigious Pune University.
He traveled worldwide popularizing Ayurvedic Medicine, offered courses, trained doctors and provided Ayurvedic Consultations for thousands of patients. Dr. Suhas served as a dean of faculty for several Ayurvedic Institutions in different parts of the world and was the Medical Director of the Raj (America's Premier Ayurveda Health Center) in Fairfield Iowa. He was chairman at Maharishi College of Vedic medicine in Albuquerque NM and Maharishi University of Management IA.
His extensive international experience of working in different medical infrastructures makes him a compassionate healer, philosopher and teacher. He is an insightful Medical Astrologer and an expert clinician who adds tremendous value for all of his clients and students.
Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar, BAMS, MD (Ayurveda)
Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar is the Executive Director of Kerala Ayurveda, Inc. as well as an accomplished Ayurvedic doctor with varied background and experience. He was a research associate with the Indian Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company Ayurveda Rasashala, a Chairperson of the Department of Medicine at the Maharshi College of Vedic Medicine in Albuquerque from1999 to 2001, and a medical director and an assistant professor of Maharshi University o f Management in Fairfield, Iowa from 2001 to 2002. He has published research articles and offered lectures, Radio and TV talks in many countries. He has extensive clinical experience in Ayurvedic therapies and Panchakarma all over the world and has helped thousands of people.
