For many people, the most challenging part of reaching and maintaining their ideal weight is dealing with food cravings and binges. As we discussed in last month’s Agni newsletter, eating a balanced diet that includes all six tastes in every meal is one of the most important steps you can take. Eating improperly leads to food cravings because you don’t feel satisfied at the end of a meal.
