Since the 1970s the word meditation has become a common, everyday term in the West, and yet for many people, the practice of meditation remains wrapped in an aura of mysticism. This issue of Agni is dedicated to dispelling the myth that meditation is difficult or requires years of practices to receive its benefits. Just the opposite is true: 1.)
